Staying Hydrated For You & For Your Pet

Let's face it, your body NEEDS water! Not only that but your body and your pet's body is mostly made of it so staying dehydrated is essential. 

Try adding fruit to your water for flavor & extra vitamins!!!
(Not suitable for animals, humans only)

How To:

It's easy! Slice it up like you normally would in circles and cut a slice in the middle so you have 4 slices. For more room cut peel off as well. Add to water. 
For best results let the fruit soak in the water before drinking, the longer the better!

  • Vitamin C which helps fight off illness
  • Relieves fever
  • Good for the liver
  • Reduces your risk of cancer
(You could also try using limes!)

Facts About Staying Hydrated

  • Water helps clean the body of toxins
  • Most headaches are a result of being dehydrated!
  • If you're feeling thirsty you are dehydrated.
  • The more yellow your pee the more dehydrated you are.
  • Drinking a glass of water before a meal can help with over-eating.

How To Stay Hydrated With Your Pet

It's important your pet has access to water at all times!
All pets should have their water changed daily at least once depending on the species! 

For on the go bring a water bottle for you and for your pet to share. Bring their favorite water bowl to fill up for when they're thirsty. Check every hour or so depending on your activity level to see if the pet is thirsty.
If they are panting they may be thirsty!!! So Check!!!
